• Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received.

💛 Returns & Refunds (UK Customers)

I really hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you are legally entitled to a return under UK distance selling regulations.

Change of Mind Returns

• You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

• Please notify me within this 14-day period if you wish to make a return.

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the item is safely returned to me, your refund will be issued within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo so I can arrange:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund

In these cases, I will cover the return postage if required.
